When possible, submit the individual Pin URL containing the video you want to process.

Pinterest can generate shortened sharing URLs using pin.it.

A shortened link redirects to another Pinterest location rather than displaying the complete final Pin URL.

When a supported pin.it link correctly resolves to an accessible individual Pin, the downloader can process the resulting Pin.

If a shortened Pinterest link does not work, open the link first, reach the individual Pin, and copy its full Pinterest Pin URL.

Links That Do Not Point to a Video Pin

Not every Pinterest URL represents a video.

The downloader may return no video when a submitted URL points to:

• deleted content;

• media that does not expose an accessible video source.
